Fees
Sean: Individual therapy
Insurance:
I may be able to bill insurance if you hold a policy with Kaiser Permanente that allows for this. Otherwise, I am happy to provide you with a receipt for services to file with your insurance as I am an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the time of service and you can pay with cash, card or check.
$130 - $175 per 55 min.
As I do hold your time slots for you, 24 hr notice is required for cancellations to avoid being charged your regular fee for a missed session. Should I need to cancel your session for any reason, you will not be charged. If you've already paid for a session cancelled by me, you will be immediately refunded that session fee or that fee may be applied to the next session.
